The German Chemistry Museum Merseburg (DCHM) integrates science center, museum and collection of original plants and apparatus of the chemical industry of the 20th century in a technology park.
The DCHM has been under construction and in constant development since 1993. Since 1996, the Science Center has been home to the student projects "Hands-on Chemistry" and "Grasping Technology", in cooperation with the Merseburg University of Applied Sciences (HS). These projects currently form the second pillar of the museum alongside the technology park.
