Built in 1928, the outdoor pool has been offering a little break in the warm season for over 90 years.
Between 1999 and 2000, the open-air swimming pool was renovated for DM 2.3 million. The large number of shaded areas, a modern sanitary facility, changing rooms, a volleyball court, table tennis tables, a large playground and a kiosk all contribute to the high quality of the pool.

Between 1999 and 2000, the open-air swimming pool was renovated for DM 2.3 million. It received a stainless steel pool in competition size as well as a non-swimmer pool with 160 m² water surface, aerators and dousing showers.
The large number of shaded areas, a modern sanitary facility, changing rooms, a volleyball court, table tennis tables as well as a spacious playground and the kiosk all contribute to the quality of life in Tisza.
Located in the beautiful Zeitz district of Theißen, the open-air pool invites young and old, singles and families to bathe and relax in the warm season.
Basketball and volleyball fields as well as table tennis tables invite you to linger next to the swimming and paddling pool. Thanks to the snack bar with outdoor seating, the right food is always available.
If you need a break after sports, games and fun, it is worthwhile to relax on the large lawn.
Of course, the Theissen open-air swimming pool is equipped barrier-free, so that nobody is excluded from the summer swimming fun.
