We like to think outside the box, get to know old and new ways of making things and seek dialogue with colleagues from all over the world. These impulses from outside are what keep us trying out new things. Afterwards, everyone is allowed to participate. For us, enthusiasm and taste that is "contagious" is TREFFPUNKT WEIN!
For us, being a winegrower means listening to nature. Having a green thumb. Acting flexibly in response to wind, sun, weather, soil and plants. But also applying our experienced craft in the wine cellar with a sure instinct. For us, this is a natural flow that should require as little treatment as possible on our part. As hackneyed as it sounds, "letting nature take its course" simply sums it up - whether in the vineyard or the cellar.
