Description:

A hike that surprises with its wide view of the Unstrut valley to the vineyards.

The hike begins in Reinsdorf. The Protestant church of the village is a former monastery church of a Benedictine monastery, it contains relics of a three-nave basilica with transept and choir - you should definitely take a look at the church.
Below vineyards, through fields and orchards you will see one of the region's famous vineyards - the Karsdorfer Hohe Gräte.

Below vineyards, through fields and orchards you will see one of the region's famous vineyards - the Karsdorfer Hohe Gräte.
On the ridge was one of the protective castles of the Unstrut valley. The remains of the ramparts above the vineyard, still visible today, were the inspiration for the name of this historic vineyard site, as they stand out against the horizon like the bones of a fish.
On the "Steigarer Plateau" you have a view from the "first row" - and not only on the ICE route - which is very impressive.

The Troy Town - a labyrinth cut into the lawn.
Like a snake the passage winds. You have to walk over 200 steps to get from one end to the other. Purpose and time of origin lie in the darkness of history, but it is a lot of fun to walk through the labyrinth. At spring festivals the sun was released from the inside of the labyrinth.

Parking: Public car park in Reinsdorf e.g. in front of Ekkis Landhandel

Road markings: Green square on white background
The hiking trail, like all hiking trails in the nature park, is very well signposted and marked.
