Traditional start and finish of the wine route on the White Elster. The annual start is at Klosterberg (Kultur- und Bildungsstätte Kloster Posa e.V.) in Zeitz and leads through the Elster Valley to Crossen an der Elster in Thuringia. The last stop is at the historic restaurant "Zur Zufriedenheit" in the village of Silbitz.
