Bach for children
Willibald the organ worm bursts into the middle of an organ piece and pretends to be a contemporary of Johann Sebastian Bach. Together with the organist Manuel Gera, he amusingly presents the programme, talking about the most important stages of Bach's life and explaining "in passing" what is meant by a quodlibet, a pedal excercitium and a swell. The colourful audience also learns what fugues have to do with spinach and that Bach did not compose everything that is attributed to him.
