In the former briquette factory Herrmannschacht in Zeitz you can not only press briquettes by hand, but also make your own sweets with candy man Dirk. Liqueur producer Christian or vintner Manuel Flechtner are also among our quality-conscious "hand-makers". The products labelled "handmade Saale.Unstrut" can be purchased from local suppliers.
